The service
We provide an automated assistant that answers guests' questions about your property using information you provide, a guest link for each property, and a host login where you can see conversations and requests.
The assistant uses artificial intelligence. It identifies itself to guests as a virtual front desk and does not claim to be a person.
Your account and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you give us and for keeping it up to date, including codes, rules and safety information.
You confirm you have the right to share the information you provide, and that you will tell guests how their messages are handled where the law requires it.
Guest messages
If you ask us to send guest links by text message or through a booking platform, you are responsible for having your guests' consent to receive those messages where the law requires it. Messaging consent terms TBD
Fees and billing
Onboarding is a one-time fee. The monthly subscription is billed per unit, with all units at the rate of the tier you are in. Custom branding is an optional add-on billed as agreed. Payments are processed by Stripe. Billing terms TBD
Not an emergency service
The assistant answers everyday questions. It is not an emergency service. Guests are directed to call 911 in an emergency, and requests that need a person are passed to you. You remain responsible for responding to your guests.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send harmful or misleading content, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
